LUXENT HOTEL BREAKS GROUND FOR PHASE II EXPANSION



BGISIS Development Corporation developer and operator of Luxent Hotel, a business hotel located at the center of a well-established entertainment and commercial community in the Metro, officially commenced development and recently held its groundbreaking ceremony with a symbolic first cut of the spade to mark the kick off for the Phase II expansion of the existing property. An additional 135 rooms, including sophisticated club rooms and suites, will be added to the hotel’s existing 117 rooms by 2018. The new tower is a response to the exceptionally high occupancy rate of Luxent Hotel located along Timog Avenue, Quezon City.


Apart from the offerings of the existing Luxent Hotel, the new building will contain more meeting and event spaces for multi-use encompassing a ballroom, custom-designed guest rooms with distinctive Luxent room styles, club rooms with upgraded amenities, recreational facilities such as outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, expanded gym and fitness facility, roof deck pool bar that offers a stunning view of the Metro Manila cityscape, Moreover, to welcome guests and their families for a wholistic delights, the hotel will also feature a salon, a gift shop and a playroom for children, a wider interactive buffet restaurant offering Asian and Western cuisines.

Construction is due to wrap in 2018, with the hotel opening soon thereafter.
